What kind of support do you offer after my project is launched?

Our partnership doesn’t end when your project goes live. We view your launch as the beginning, not the end. We offer several levels of support to ensure your digital asset remains secure, up-to-date, and performing at its peak.

1. Standard Warranty Period Every project we launch comes with a 30-day “bug-fix” warranty. If you discover any technical bugs or issues related to the original scope of work within 30 days of launch, we will fix them immediately at no additional cost.

2. Monthly Support & Maintenance Retainers (Recommended) For peace of mind and proactive care, we highly recommend our monthly retainers. These packages are designed to be your ongoing technical partner and typically include:

  • Security Monitoring: Proactive scanning for malware and vulnerabilities.
  • Software Updates: Regularly updating your website’s CMS, plugins, and server software to patch security holes.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensuring your site remains fast and reliable.
  • Regular Backups: Daily or weekly backups of your site and database.
  • Dedicated Support Time: A set number of hours per month for small changes, content updates, or technical help.

3. Ad-Hoc / On-Demand Support If you don’t have a retainer, you can still request support on an as-needed basis.

  • Work is billed at our standard hourly rate.
  • This is ideal for occasional, non-urgent updates or changes to your site or app.
  • Please note that retainer clients will receive priority for scheduling and response times.
