What are your payment terms and project milestones?
We believe in a transparent and straightforward financial process that aligns with our project’s progress. Our goal is to ensure there are no surprises and that payments are tied to tangible deliverables.
Standard Project-Based Billing For most web development, app development, and branding projects, we follow a milestone-based payment structure. This ensures you are only paying for work as it is completed and approved.
A typical payment schedule looks like this:
- Payment 1: 30-40% Deposit
- Due upon signing the project proposal.
- This initial payment books your project in our schedule and allows us to dedicate resources for the initial Discovery and Strategy phase.
- Payment 2: 30% Milestone
- Due upon approval of the Design & UI/UX Mockups.
- Once you are 100% satisfied with the visual direction, this payment initiates the development phase.
- Payment 3: 40-30% Final Payment
- Due upon project completion, just before the final site or app is launched to the live server.
- The project is not considered complete until all testing is finished and you have given your final approval.
Retainer-Based Billing (Marketing & Support) For ongoing services like 360 Digital Marketing and Maintenance/Support Retainers, billing is handled differently:
- Services are billed at a flat, fixed rate on a monthly basis.
- Payment is due at the beginning of each 30-day service period.
- This model ensures your marketing campaigns or support services run continuously without interruption.
We accept payments via direct bank transfer and all major credit cards. All payment details and schedules will be clearly documented in your project proposal.
